1. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver across Kanchipuram and nearby areas. For orders outside this region, our team will confirm delivery availability after your order is placed.

2. Processing Time

All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Same-day delivery may be available for local orders placed before 5 PM.

3. Delivery Time

Local Deliveries: 1–2 business days
Outstation Deliveries: 3–5 business days (depending on courier availability and distance)

4. Shipping Charges

We offer free delivery on orders above ₹499.
A nominal ₹50 delivery charge applies for orders below ₹499.

5. Order Tracking

After your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared with you via WhatsApp, SMS, or Email. You can also reach out to our support team for delivery updates.

6. Delays

Occasional delays may occur due to bad weather, public holidays, or logistics issues. We will keep you informed proactively in such cases.

7. Packaging

All products are hygienically packed in tamper-proof, insulated containers to ensure freshness and safety during transit.
