At Hotelkar, customer satisfaction is our priority. We ensure high-quality and fresh products. However, due to the perishable nature of many of our items, certain restrictions apply to refunds and returns.
Returns are accepted only if the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery along with clear photos.
Perishable food items such as meat, vegetables, or cooked dishes are non-returnable unless damaged upon delivery.
Once verified, refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellations are not allowed for perishable goods.
